Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tufail Jokhio, Pro-Vice Chancellor, NED University of Engineering & Technology along with Dr.Asad-ur-Rehman Khan, Dean Faculty of Civil and Petroleum, NED, visited SITE Association of Industry on 27/2/25 and had discussion with Members of the Association on enhancing industry-academia interaction.
NED officials were informed that under PSDP (Prime Minister directives) schemes, 27 roads and 28 drains in SITE area are being constructed. NED team was invited by Mr.Saleem Parekh to involve in this project with the industry representatives by engaging their testing services and fresh graduates on full time basis which will create a win-win situation for all stakeholders. They were also requested to study project documents and give their valuable input.
Chief Coordinator Saleem Parekh, President Ahmed Azeem Alvi, Former President Muhammad Kamran Arbi, Muhammad Farooq Arbi, Saleem Nagaria, Haris Shakoor and Aman Naseem attended the meeting. Officials from SITE Limited namely Nazar Jatoi, Faheemuddin Shaikh and Mehmood were also present on this occasion.
