A meeting was held on 16th April 2025, called by the Commissioner of Karachi. The President of the SITE Association of Industry and officials from the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board (SSWMB) also took part. The purpose of the meeting was to talk about Garbage and drains related problems that industries are facing in the SITE Area and Korangi Industrial Area.
